Now Hiring: Freelance eLearning Developers

Description:
We’re looking for 2-3 talented freelance eLearning developers to join us in creating a series of online courses for several clients. Work is slated to kick off in the next 2-4 weeks (once we receive client materials) and will wrap up with final deliverables due by June 30, 2025. This is a remote, contract role with flexible hours aligned to milestone deadlines.
Project Overview:
- Development Platform: Courses will be built in Articulate Storyline 360.
- Timeline: Multiple milestone deadlines (TBD, pending client content), with all projects completed by 6/30/2025.
- Accessibility: Must be fully accessible, featuring proper focus order, alt-text where needed, closed captions, and adherence to standards like WCAG.
- Provided Resources: You’ll receive design documents, storyboards, and scripts.
- Workload: Expect 20-40 hours per week, varying by project demands and milestones, through completion.
- Scope: Each course will be 1-2 hours long.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing courses in Articulate Storyline 360.
- Familiarity with eLearning accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance).
- Experience integrating AI-narrated content into projects.
- An active subscription to Articulate 360 to provide a valid license for Storyline 360.
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating remotely with a team.
- A track record of managing time well and hitting deadlines in milestone-based work.
- Availability to start within 2-4 weeks and stay committed through June 30, 2025.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant eLearning projects.
Compensation
- $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
