NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC), the governing body responsible for regulating and licensing the city's for-hire vehicles, faced the challenge of ensuring their 180,000 drivers remained compliant with essential training and safety standards. Every three years, drivers must renew their license by taking a comprehensive training course covering various critical topics.

- Course Development: Created engaging, interactive content that covered all required topics, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations for persons with disabilities (ADA compliance).
- Diverse and Inclusive Training: Included specific modules on providing exceptional customer service to diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities and the LGBTQ+ community.
- Accessibility: Ensured all training materials were 508 compliant and adhered to WCAG 2.0, Level AA guidelines making them accessible to all learners.
- Assessment Tools: Integrated quizzes and interactive elements reinforce learning and assess participant retention.
